Your Role

As a Virtual Assistant (VA) at Team Qreety, your main responsibility will be to provide remote administrative, technical, or creative support to clients and our internal team, helping them efficiently manage tasks and projects. They act as a reliable and proactive partner, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling clients to focus on their core responsibilities.

Ideal Candidate

Manage and organize schedules, tasks, and meetings
Respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications promptly
Conduct online research and prepare reports or summaries
Maintain and update records, databases, and spreadsheets
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations
Assist with social media management, content creation, and posting
Handle customer service inquiries and provide support as needed
Perform light bookkeeping or invoicing tasks (if required)

Experience and Skills
